Shipping Policy

We currently offer shipping to all countries within the European Union.

We do our best to process orders as quickly as possible, typically within 1–2 business days.

Please note that all orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from our international fulfillment centers located in Europe and Asia. This allows us to offer a wider selection and keep prices competitive. As a result, delivery times may be slightly longer than local shipping. You can expect a delivery time of 1–2 weeks depending on the destination.

If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order to confirm whether we can accommodate your request.

We offer free shipping on all orders within the European Union.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

Uncollected parcels are held by the carrier for a limited time before being either returned to the sender or discarded. If the customer does not collect their package or does not provide the requested information needed for delivery in time, a fee is charged to cover the additional shipping and handling costs.

If the parcel cannot be delivered due to a customer error while entering the shipping address, we apply a 20 EUR fee to cover additional shipping and handling costs. The fee will be deducted from the refundable amount.

Returns
All returns are handled at our return center in Sweden. This ensures a smooth and reliable return process for our EU customers.
